I switched to this Pet Hospital over a year ago and am very happy with their expertise, personal attention and willingness to accomodate my requests and/or schedule. Both receptionists are very friendly and professional I mostly see Dr Hughes but did get a chance to see Dr Honda couple of times. Both doctors are highly professional, I feel that they genuianly care about my dog and I am very happy with the treatment plan my dog has been receiving. I should also mention that I never had a problem filling out and submtting my Insurance form, even after numerous requests from my Pet Insurance provider.
