What A Bagel

I have a family of 5. Your Yonge St location is great, your 2 other locations in Thornhill are great. Today I visited your new store at 16th and Rutherford. I unfortunately will never go back to that establishment and lucky for me that you have multiple other locations to go to. The staff, one named Monica was so rude that my entire family left in the middle of our lunch. You should be aware of your staff actions as they are who are representing your business. I only think its right that you know because its these kinds of staff workers who don't care that will sabotage your business potential. Like I said, at least I can go to your other locations
