Had an appointment at the opening hour. Got there on time, but was told to wait 10-15 minutes since they were behind schedule. So we waited 10-15 minutes, then came back.We sat down, and waited another HOUR. Then hour session began. after taking approximately 4 poses, the photographer left to serve other customers, and LEFT US IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SESSION to wait approximately ANOTHER 30 minutes, before coming back. The worse is they KNEW that they had double booked (which is their excuse as to why they were running so late on schedule) And they didn't think to call in extra staff OR they could have simply called us and told us that the scheduled appointment would need to be pushed back by 2 hours. The worst is, we saw other scheduled customers come in after us, and they were also told to "go shopping in walmart for 15min, we'll be done by then". Yeah right, that was the same time-delaying tactic they used on us. How about just telling us customers that we'll have to wait over an hour instead of lying?
