We received the wrong product from this company and didn’t realize to we got home as they loaded it onto our truck and it looked similar to what we asked for. I called the company to explain that we had gotten the wrong product and they advised under no circumstances do they do returns. I told them that this was not a reasonable solution and asked them to provide another option and he simply said it is their policy to NEVER DO RETURNS. Our experience was terrible and we are now left with $214 worth of product that we cannot use. The staff we spoke with on the phone was extremely rude. Do not shop here!!!!!!!!!!!!!
