This is a quiet building in a nice neighbourhood. Great superintendent, but...owners refuse to update the elevators, which are becoming a danger. Snow is not removed in the early mornings for people going to work (sidewalks). Leaves are left to rot before they are cleaned up. People allow there dogs to pee and poop anywhere, and do not always clean up. Prepare for a lot of yellow snow in the winter, right outside the front door. Tenants sit at the main entrance in the summer, and in the lobby in the colder weather and harass other tenants, delivery personnel, and visitors to the building. This caused a lot od uncomfortable people - to the point some tenants only use the back door so they can avoid the interrogations. Garbage room is frequently stinking. Hallway rugs are in desperate need of shampooing, or replacing.
