worst customer service.. i ordered a pair of shoes they said they had in stock got the confirmation number and everything it said 3 to 5 days.. so i call on the third day to see if my shoes got shipped because when i went to track the shoes it was saying it was unavailable to be shipped and to contact a number... so i spoke to someone and they said my shoes were packaged up and ready to be shipped but he didnt knw why it hasnt left the store... i waited 20 mins on hold for him to say the shoe isnt avaiable and they dont have it in stock!!!!! im very upset this was a gift for christmas for someone and now they are out of luck!
