I had them dry clean a Pink Tartan shirt for my girlfriend and they destroyed it. It had tassels and when it was given back to us they were all frayed. I asked the owner what he plans to do about this problem and he said to me. " that pink tartan labeled the cleaning instructions wrong on it and the fabric was defective and he is not responsible for any of the damaged and that pink tartan is. LOL. Really. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND NEVER USING THIS PLACE. Thanks Steve
