I went there to get a small screw for my watch, and I was first in line. Instead of helping me, the owner went and helped two other people who had come in behind me. One was obviously his friend, as they chatted in another language, while the guy there took his time. My repair took only about 30 seconds, but it ended up being a 20 minute wait after he talked to his friend. Do not go here! Plenty of better watch repair shops at Market Mall.
