Admin staff are very unprofessional. They sold me a car that they claimed (with papers) saying that it was certified. Not ever 3 days later I took it in b/c I could hear rattling. The whole suspension needs to be replace. Also they will sell you Global Warrant (3rd party), that is shaddy. If you try to cancel before 30 days (FYI - no where on the receipt does it say anywhere that policy has to be cancelled 10 days before). I've contacted Global Warranty and they will only dodge your phone calls. I will be reporting both these Sketchy businesses to the Better Buisness Bureau.
