This company has the worst customer service! My appliance has been in the shop for over a momth and do you think they would have the common srnse to calle and update me?! No. They told me it would only take a week and then i called back after a week...oh it's not ready, we're missing a part so now I'm waiting on delonghi...still no response. A month has gone by and now I'm waiting for a new machine. Still no phone call. I have to keep calling. Please get your customer service in order before this happens to someone else.
