Ambrosia Natural Foods

Today I went to Ambrosia to purchase healthy products. Amongst my shopping spree was 6 Amano Genmai Miso paste containers. I picked these on an non refrigerated shelf not knowing any better. Once I got home, I told my partner to store the miso paste containers in our cabinet. She argued that they should be refrigerated and pointed to the label on the back of the miso container that clearly states : KEEP REFRIGERATED. I then went on to Amano's website and right in their FAQ it stated: Do I need to refrigerate my opened pack of miso?Our miso products should be refrigerated at all times. I called Ambrosia and asked to speak to the manager who proceeded to argue that the product should be refrigerated after opening even though it mentioned KEEP REFRIGERATED.
