Parlour

The manager was helping another customer who couldnt make up his mind. The other customer walked away. the manager then came and asked me what I wanted. I pointed to what I wanted under the counter and then he cut me off and went to help the previous customer who had now returned. As he was helping him, another rep sold my item to another customer before my eyes. The manager returned and told me that I was out of luck. When I expressed my distaste for his poor business etiquette, I was told there was nothing he could do and offered something I didnt need. I told him so hoping he would present a viable option, but instead he belittled me in front of my child and his customers and dismissed me turning to his fellow employee to mock me. I left and will never return.
