I found the foodies walk when I googled "foodies walk toronto". We attended the Chinese New Year Day tour. Shirley Lum is cute, personable, and so knowledgable! She manages a large group well while paying close attention to the children who were 8 and above, and paying particular attention to food allergies. We ate a lot!! This is different from the Kensington walk because we ate well at the bakery and at the dim sum lunch. She entertained as she educated us all on the asian traditions of the Chinese New Year. We would love to go to China with Shirley on a cooking trip. Look for it in the future. This is well worth the $43 dollars. Buy a pack o fred money envelopes for $1 while on the tour and place Shirley's tip in it. You'll be happy you did.
