Without a doubt the worst snow removal service. They do not respect their contracts and even less their customers. They pass when it tells them. When we phone, they do not answer, and if they answer, the lady tells us that they will eventually pass, or she hangs the line in our face! We finally finished the season with another snow groomer. Do not be fooled by the prices, pay $ 50 or $ 100 more otherwise you will regret it for sure. We used this snow removal in two places, they gave a bad service to both places.
