I've travelled extensively throughout Canada and Gander is the only airport, big or small, that doesn't have cabs waiting for incoming flights. I have to call every time I arrive in Gander. Today, an empty busybee cab actually passed me while I was standing in the designated "taxi zone" with my luggage. Unbelievable!
