I have tried to contact this branch during business hours to make an appointment with the same representative I saw when renewing my mortgage. I have been redirected to a call center even though I phoned the listed number on the website. The 1st time the call center said it was because they may not be open. The 2nd time they said it was because they didn't have staff to pick up the phone. I need to speak to the actual branch because they will know their staff names and be able to connect me with the person who handled my file last time. I work from 7:30 to 3:30 and I do my personal calls on my breaks. It is very frustrating to have to wait and wait and then just get the call center. THIS IS TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!
