Elite Window Fashions

I made the mistake of purchasing the Silver Screen product from Elite via Darren English and Caslte Blinds of North Vancouver. Upon installation, I noticed that several blinds were damaged. Darren assured me he'd get replacements and they were ordered. The new ones that came were all damaged as well. The installer thought it must be from the same batch (and that he recently had to replace an entire large job with the same product due to the same issue) and didn't even bother putting them up. We then get an explanation from Elite that they basically take a regular blind and slap a bunch of metallic topping on it, and they can't guarantee that they don't get damaged in shipping. The blinds they provided me look like they have stains on them, scratches, and other damage...definitely not like new blinds. They tried to talk me into keeping the damaged ones due to their 'great performance' and because they can't guarantee any replacements wouldn't arrive damaged as well. I opted to just ha
