I had nothing but trouble from this company when we tried to retrieve the money for my daughter's education. We were told what to put on the forms we submitted by a Customer Service Agent and after we submitted them we were told that was wrong and it was too late to change it. I was told the wrong amount when I asked how much she would be getting for her first year which messed up her OSAP application. When I called to verify the correct amount I complained about receiving the wrong information and the agent laughed and said she saw it was noted in my file that they gave me the wrong information. After several complaints I still have not even received so much as an apology for their misinformation. I would definitely not give these people money to save for your child's education.
