Love their products, but service is touch and go. Was given the wrong items even after filling out an order sheet, and no discount was offered in compensation. I'm also a big fan of soy candles, but theirs do not burn, will go out after only an hour and cannot re-light them. This has happened with both of the candles I've purchased over the last few months. Called in to ask for any advice on getting them to burn and the girl working today totally blew me off and acted like she couldn't care less. For a company that had to close one of its two stores recently, you'd think they would do a little more to stand by their products before they lose to many customers and have to close the doors of their remaining store as well.
