this store dosen't believe customer satisfation. owner talks back and disrespect customer. never had carpet on time, had to take another day off from work to get my carpet installed. never said sorry, installatin done by a guy. that cursed and was just as disrespectable. did a poor install job. refused to come back to fix it. had to take to court for refund. as owner ignored my phone calls and emails. also brought wrong carpet color.
