I have dealt with the optical dept for many years now. I have always received great service and yes, sometimes you have to wait to be served. I find that the employees there give great service and advice and well as make it a more personal place to visit. You are never rushed. They will answer every question and visit too. A very welcoming place to shop for your optical supplies.
