They ruined my $330 dress and took no responsibility. I picked up my dress with a huge hole in it and they tried to blame me, the manufacturer, the designer, anyone but themselves. The owner seemed to not understand the concepts of business risks, insurance, or liability. Turns out their customer service is as terrible as their dry cleaning service. If you don't want your clothes ruined, stay FAR AWAY from this awful business. This was such a horrible experience and my expensive dress is ruined. I never want to see this woman again.
