Female Modesty Violations The James Paton Hospital Gander has recently changed some of its EKG department procedures. These changes result from a complaint about the JPM Hospital requiring nudity not required at other hospitals in Newfoundland. For a considerable number of years female patients have been told to "Undress from the waist up" by techs, male and female, for routine EKG, Stress and Holter Monitor tests at the Gander hospital. During this time other hospitals in Newfoundland have not required a women to remove her bra for these same tests.
