If I could give less than 1 star I would. I am truly disgusted by how this company does business. We were forced to take our vehicle there after a no-fault car accident we were in and the body shop was only supposed to inspect the vehicle and give us a final estimate of the damage. We do not trust Anderson and were going to take the vehicle to another body shop in our home city after this was done (unfortunately it had to be towed to Anderson because they are the only body shop in Prince Albert that deals with Dodge and SGI wouldn't tow it to our home city). Well sure enough we get a phone call months later from SGI saying that our vehicle was fixed. Anderson was NEVER authorized to fix this vehicle, they had no signature of ours, we were provided no work order stating the repairs and parts used, nothing. They refuse to admit any wrongdoing and lied about being in contact with us during the repair process. Crooks, liars, absolute scum.
