This company shipped us a Seiko scale in beginning of January this year. We had requested it to be shipped with a 2 day service. They shipped if overnight and it cost us over $400 and on top of that they charged us sales tax in canada although we are located in USA so we should not be charged tax. I requested a refund for the over charge and the owner promised they would refund it. I contacted him three times and he still have not refunded it. Stay away from this fraudulent company.
