Cove Lakeside Resort

The Cove Lakeside Resort in British Columbia lies right next to the okanagan lake which makes for a beautiful view from your room. I just returned from this resort and have nothing but good things to say about it. The rooms are like condos that vary in size and are actually available to own for a fair price. The rooms are gorgeous to say the least and come equipped with two bathrooms, bedroom, living room, kitchen and laundry room. It really is the complete package for a room. The restaurant is one to marvel. The chef is internationally renowned Executive Chef Glenn Monk who has completely inspired me. The Cesar salad with maple glazed salmon was surreal. All the ingredients are fresh from the Okanagan valley and you can taste it. Everything that was cooked for us was cooked to complete perfection. The atmosphere was very romantic and inviting...great lighting...friendly/fast service and one heck of a lake/mountain side view.10/10! We thank the staff at the Cove and Matt Rosen for making it happen.
