Very poor at returning calls if there is a problem. Didn't have the house ready on the day they said. We were promised the 14th at 4 we could have a walk thru we showed up at 4 and they said the house wouldn't be ready for 3 more days. They didn't even call us to let us know they let us know when we showed up to move in.
