Description

There is nothing better on a hot summer day than coming down to Dick's on the Water. There is usually a gentle breeze to cool you down. Its great fun watching all the action down on the docks, whether it is watching the yachts come into the marina or the water taxi loading or unloading. Dick and Cathy and their staff make it such a relaxing enjoyable experience down at Dick's Fish and Chips.
Catching the Quadra Ferry or on your way home from work - Call ahead and we can have your order ready for Take-Out!! If the weather turns cool we do have inside seating available. Did you know that Dick's Fish and Chips is recognized by the "Lonely Planet" book both for Canada and British Columbia? Congratulations Dick and Cathy.

I was so excited to see that {expletive}s fish and chips was open for the season! We had been missing it these last couple months and there is just nothing better than sitting by the water and enjoying some great fish. On a summer day (or maybe a bit warmer) there is an outside sitting area that you can watch the boats and excitement of the docks. You can call ahead to have your order ready for take out as well. For those cooler days, they do have an inside seating area available. According to their website, did you know that this restaurant is recognized by the "Lonely Planet" book?They serve Cod, Halibut and Salmon and a few different burgers. Hint: The servings are generous, so either bring your appetite or share with a friend.
