Apex Plumbing & Heating

I called APEX during a plumbing emergency and they sent a plumber out quickly. He arranged to come back the following morning to deal with the issue - it was a bigger job that he'd expected. The following morning he called before our appointment to let me know his boss had sent him out on a different job and that my appointment had been pushed back. With a house fully of family guests here for a family funeral I called the manager hoping to persuade him to honour his company's commitment. I've never been shouted at louder, and I've never been hung up on before from an owner of a business. I highly recommend calling another plumbing company before subjecting yourself to this kind of customer service. Even knowing it was a sensitive time due to a recent family member's death didn't stop this "manager" from shouting at me several times even after I asked him to calm down. Someone at APEX needs a holiday. If customer service and respect is important to you, avoid APEX at all costs.
