I went for lunch with a co-worker today, we both went to Thai Express. Usually the consistency and quality of the food is pretty good for fast-food from a mall. Today wasn't so good. I ordered the general thai chicken, and the chicken was cold in the middle. It's good that their chicken is all pre-cooked and frozen, otherwise I would have been pissed. I ordered a Medium spice, and it had no kick to it. It might as well have been sweet and sour sauce. I was NOT happy what so ever. I ate it anyway, because it takes 5-10 minutes to get food during the lunch rush. I would eat here again, this is the first time I've ever had a problem
