Do not bring your powered handy cap scooter or wheel chair to get up the ramp to visit your loved one as the security personnel does not allow any powered means of transportation to assist in getting up the stairs or ramp, This is hospital policy according to the security person I encountered. You must struggle up the stairs or ramp with bad knees, It appears that hospital policy is to make more cripple people. Visiting hours are from 2 to 8PM but help to get main floor is only provided to 3 PM. During the construction phase the rear ramp had room to pass and the grade was proper.
