Team Insurance Brokers

What a terrible experience from start to finish. Moved into the area and decided to bring them Team Insurance Brokers Inc. our business. From the beginning, we got stuck with an agent who we found out after the fact, was not knowledgable in the area we needed insurance in. Mistakes were made that resulted in our being put in a position where our vehicle insurance for 3 vehicles was suspended (we were told that the insurance would be auto-deducted monthly as before). Rather than take ownership for their mistake, their strategy was to blame another agency and at the end of the day, we were stuck with paying penalties to get everything right again. The Office Manager (Main Location) had no intention of trying to resolve our issue and lied to MPI indicating that we had refused to pay the arrears. How do we know this? The nice people at another insurance agency down the road had no problem showing us the note left with MPI. Buyer beware. There are plenty more brokers who look out for their customers!
