Grand collectionneur d’art, il y a regroupé des pièces exclusives lesquelles évoquent l’époque glorieuse de certains de ses établissements à succès tels Les Serres du Vieux Montréal, Le Bijou et le Monte Carlo.

Love this place! It is pricey (plan on dropping a good 100-150 per couple) so it is a rare but always amazing date with my husband. It feels like you are stepping back into the jazz era. decor is period style and the food is incredible but what makes the evening is the live performances that are included in the meal price. This isn't so much a restaurant as a concert and a dinner. Wine is purchased by the bottle which was an issue as my husband diesn't drink it and I didn't want a whole bottle. So I ordered the sangria. it was fantastic! a truly unique experience.
