We called Mark within the first month we adopted our dog, Billy, from a rescue group 9 years ago. We were Billy's 3rd home. He already knew basic commands (sit, etc.) but it was his behavioural issues that we could not handle. We cannot thank Mark enough for his expertise as he completely changed our life with Billy. Mark came to our home and very patiently worked with us. He not only helped us work with Billy’s behavioural issues, but helped us better set up our home for successful results . Along with our training sessions, Mark always responded quickly to my numerous emails when I had a question. He also was very accommodating when he would schedule our sessions. For the last 9 years Mark has continued his care and genuine concern for Billy and is always there when we have a question. He is an outstanding trainer!!!
