Thom Management Services Inc

This management company is negligent! I have lived in one of their properties for a year (367 main st in selkirk), and have learned that the caretakers here have been using their keys to enter suites and steal money and valuables. The police have told me that this couple has been charged 27 !!! times for theft and unlawful entry. Thom management refuses to replace them. I personally have had them steal stuff (money, my wallet, etc, etc), at least a dozen times in the past year. The caretakers are most active on paydays. Anyway, if you're thinking about getting a place here, better keep this in mind. We're presently talking to a lawyer to see if we can sue to recover / replace all the stuff that was stolen. You've been warned !!!
