Mikes quality and craftsmanship is less than professional. Does not communicate any delays. Avoids contact, appears to not handle any conflict well. Also does not seem to know his craft very well. it took Mike approximately two months to build our fence with me calling him constantly to try and find out whats going on. Still waiting for repairs(warranty). Mike also makes false promises.He will tell you he is coming and won't show up until you get on him again and again.
