Watch out for the bait and switch on the contract. It is substantially different than the quote they provide. Their contract is a one-way contract, they charge you extra if there is more snow storms but they do not credit you if there is less snow storms. They are allowed to cancel and credit you a portion of the contract, but you are not allowed to cancel yourself. When confronted to their bait and switch practices, they just cancelled the service on me, leaving me hanging.
