Description

DJ Magik Hype was born on the Caribbean island of Grenada. Music has been in his blood from birth. Listening to the rhythms of the islands on the radio, he grew up with a heavy Reggae, Dancehall and Soca influence.
After going down a different path into Computer Science and Communications. Music was again back in the forefront. After moving to Canada in the late 90s, Music became a way of life. After Djing in many venues around the City he finally linked up with Platinum Sound. Now a staple in the Music Scene DJ Magik Hype have played in venues in Montreal, Toronto, Ottawa, New York, Barbados and Grenada.
