It’s about giving advice, being there for them, pointing them to other professionals, lawyers, banks, and mortgage brokers. It’s about getting them the answers they need but, mostly, it’s about caring for your client. It’s about being there for your client. For most people, the buying and selling of a home, business, or condo is very emotional. You never know what people are going through until you work with them. You should be attentive, be present, be available! Giving your client the best service and realizing that they should always be your #1 priority is important, because without them, you would not have a business. Realize they deserve your full attention. It’s about loving what you do and showing that love to your client through your work ethic. I love what I do and for that reason I am honoured every time I get a call from a client. I make sure to go above and beyond to make sure their needs are met. It is important to me that they know how important they are. I owe everything to my clients. When they call I am there for them — and I will continue to be there for them.
