I am a customer and have been for years at tips 2 tails, there is a sign on the door that says not to stop by during the groom because it's not safe when the dog gets excited to see you and that the groom will be stopped and full price charged. They always call when mines done, and they usually finish within 2 hours,compared to other groomer i use to go to that took 6 hours. My little bella is always happy, looks and smells great!
