The receptionist is very sweet and friendly. However, the doctor performing the laser hair removal is very rude, abrasive and has horrible bed-side manners. It seems that feels she is the leader in the industry and will do anything to make you feel like you have no knowledge about anything relating to skin care. The doctor should actually be in car sales as she is more interested in what you purchase than ensuring that she does a good job performing the procedures you have already signed up for.
