Please forget what you think you know about great customer service until you've had a taste of these guys. I am an editor for a local Calgary news paper (for which I can not mention the name due to our policy) and was in the middle of a large story when my youngest one accidentally spilled wine over my brand new MacBook Pro. Not just a glass. Not just the wine. The full bottle had tipped over and fallen onto the machine. So adding to the damage caused by the spill, my poor Mac now has a dent in the casing beside the touchpad. I found Tech Espresso after contacting 3 other places that didn't sound promising and they were able to come out and repair my soggy computer immediately. It was amazing to watch the tech soak the dismantled computer in some sort of alcohol and go at it, with a toothbrush. Immaculate work with precision and detail. Perfectly done! I am shocked that this type of excellent service still exists! You have my fullest recommendations!
