I had a terrible experience with this florist. I ordered flowers for my mother's 92nd birthday and spoke to a woman, Lucie. Because I live in Toronto and could not view the flowers myself, she reassured me that the gardenia plant would be beautiful. I paid close to ninety dollars with delivery for it. When it arrived at my mother's apartment, the plant was small and wilted. When I complained to Lucie, asked her manager to speak to me. They refused to send another plant or refund my money unless I had a photo of the dead plant. This was totally impractical as I live in Toronto and my mother has no technology. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.
