Construction Sylvain Gaboury

We wanted someone to install new doors for our tenants in our duplex. All door places we called were charging about 1000$ for a door plus install. When we checked Home Depot and saw that they were for sale at 250$ each, we figured it would be more cost effective to hire someone to just install. We didn't get any recommendations for Sylvain, we just found him online and he gave us the best quote for installing the doors. Not to mention, he was clear that we would supply doors and caulking and he would supply the rest which was awesome ! He did 4 doors for us. 2 were straight forward and 2 more complicated as it's an older property. He worked diligently with his helper (I think it's his wife) and they were both professional. This guy comes with a truck full of tools. We've hired handy men before that came with a sedan and some haphazard tools here and there and that 'made do'. This guy charged us the same as those guys but was twice as professional. Would use him again for sure.
