My Husband noticed their truck on our street and got a business card, A few days later I called and spoke with Mark the owner, the initial contact was very poor (It seemed he was in the washroom as I heard flushing), I booked an appointment for the Saturday. I explained to Mark that my phone was disconnected but my husband would definitely be at home and he said he would be there, my husband waited 1 hour and he didn't show up. I called him the following Monday and asked his why he didn't come, he told me he changed his mind and wasn't going to drive from Brampton to Barrie because I didn't have a phone and that he didn't know anyone in Canada that didn't have a phone and that he changed his mind I asked him why he didn't call me back at my work # he just said he changed his mind. He basically told me he was busy enough and didn't need my business. I was stunned when I got off the phone he was arrogant and rude. Think twice, if he can be that rude to people how is his company handling your belongings?
