my family and friends numbering 33 of us took the east coast bus tour last 22-28 2015 we paid our fare at 4438 sheppard ave east unit 103 under peter the representative from taipan.during our bus tour our tour guide explained that we will always be taking our luggage on board for our hotel lodging on a daily basis. our driver Malcolm executed this however we notice that our driver, Malcolm when unloading our luggages drop uncautiously to the ground at first I noticed this however many of the passenger noticed a different scenario wherein our luggages were not handled properly during loading and unloading unfortunately one luggage has been severely damaged and own by me, romeo villamor the leader of the 33 persons who boarded the bus with Eric Tsang as our guide. I mentioned this incident to Eric and took a picture of it. I bring this to your attention in order that the damaged luggage can be replaced since my children and their mom is traveling this December 2015 to the manila. Lking forward to your resp.
