I was delighted to read the positive reveiws about A and Y plumbing, and the price quoted of $185 dollars to remove the toilet if necessary, seemed reasonable. In an emergency situation you are kind of desperate for help. However, when the plumber arrived, all he had to do was remove the water from the bowl and the tube that had fallen into the toilet dropped down. He was here for 5 minutes and charged us $180 - outrageous! The man and woman I spoke with on the phone sounded very pleasant and reasonable so I was shocked to be overcharged like this.
