This dealership is terrible! Poor service, deception, unprofessionalism, inefficiency, incompetence, and discourtesy has been my experience with Northgate Chevrolet! $500 deposit from me that they explicitly told me was refundable, and later refused to refund that same deposit. They also broke my windshield once when servicing my vehicle, and then tried to cover it up. Stay far away from this dealership for purchases or service!
