Giovanni Music & School of Music

I had a very unpleasant experience with Giovanni Music. I was appalled by the extremely degrading treatment they gave me when I tried to return an item (electric drums) a month ago. I bought the item on a Monday night, realized the defect and took it back to the store the next morning (before 24 hours had even passed). Their general manager Amadeus and owner Marco were very rude and at times insulting, and were persistent on not accepting the item or refunding it. When I was talking to the manager, the owner abruptly interrupted and raised his voice on a number of times, telling me to "go buy your stuff elsewhere". He immediately left, refusing to listen to anything I, as their customer, had to say. I asked them if this was the sort of treatment they gave their customers. The owner once again remarked "Yes, I have no interest in hearing your story, if you don't like it you can go to some other place". And this was all because I was making a simple return, as the item had a defect on one of the drum pads.
