Nova 2000 Drywall Renovations

I hired Nova 2000 to drywall my ceiling in 2012. After several calls (when they didn't show up on the days they said they would) one guy came over. He said the owner had broken his foot (or leg) weeks ago and that he was the only worker and he was exhausted. I asked the owner (Jeff Hrlich) why he took on my job with a broken leg, and knowing he couldn't follow through on what he said. He said he needed the money. The job went on and on with someone coming in bits and pieces for a few hours after their regular work day. They told me that they have to keep the daytime client happy because he is their bread and butter. They said they cover up everything....they didn't. They trashed my rug with drywall mud, and emptied their slurry bucket into my new garburator. Unfortunately, I felt sorry for his financial situation, and paid him more than I should have up front. In the end he didn't return my calls, or come back to fix deficiencies.
